There are several different insurances that we have contracts with:
Medi-Cal (Medicaid):
Lompoc Skilled & Rehab. Center is certified by the California Department of Health Services (DHS) as a Medi-Cal (Medicaid) provider, therefore we are authorized to accept this form of payment, through the Santa Barbara Healthcare Initiative.
Private Pay:
Our current private room and board* fees have been in effect since April 5, 2005. Fees for service are based on daily charges:

Returned check Policy:
The return of a check issued to Lompoc Skilled & Rehab. Center will result in a $25.00 service charge per check placed against the account of the resident on whose behalf the check was presented. Each account will be allowed two (2) returned checks after which payment by check will not be accepted. All returned checks will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office if the amount of the check plus the service fee has not been paid within (10) business days of the non-payment.
