Lompoc Skilled & Rehab. Center was built in 2001.

Being the newest built skilled nursing facility in the state of California, Lompoc Skilled and Rehab. Center combines the beauty of a building design with the accommodations to help the resident during their rehabilitation process. 

We provide comfortable rooms, each with its own bathroom, and nice common areas such as:

• Three (3) dining/activities rooms, including a dining room with beautiful wood floors
• Exercise/therapy room
• Conference room
• An open, warm lobby with a beautiful salt-water aquarium, where our residents can enjoy nature first- hand
• Several walk-in patios to visit with family members and friends
• The Chapel; a great place to meditate and pray
